All bookings must be confirmed and paid for during the phone call to lock in quoted fares.
Prices are subject to availability and may change until payment is completed.
Payment is accepted over the phone via secure methods. You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.
A confirmation email, including your itinerary and e-ticket, will be sent after successful booking.
Cancellation and change policies are governed by the fare rules of the issuing airline.
In some cases, tickets may be non-refundable or may incur change/cancellation fees.
Elite Way Travels will assist in processing changes or cancellations, but cannot guarantee outcomes or refunds dictated by third-party airline policies.
Refund eligibility depends on the fare conditions of the ticket purchased.
Processing times for refunds are subject to airline timelines and may take several weeks.
Elite Way Travels does not charge additional service fees for refund assistance unless otherwise stated.

Elite Way Travels acts solely as a travel agent and is not liable for:
Airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, or schedule changes.
Denied boarding or issues related to travel documentation.
Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
